The listing doesn't mention the screws and spacers, but mine did come with them. In the picture is a V1 board and I received a V2 board, actually preferred, just mentioning if anyone specifically needs a V1, I don't know if this version difference even matters functionally.
Speaking of, I swapped in the board and was good to go, the part arrived in excellent condition/fully operational.
