The item arrived partially broken. We super glued it together and looks fine. A unique holder, so with Christmas near, didn't want to send it back or purchase another one. It was packed with goose styros. Would have been more secure in bubble wrap.

Item was carefully packaged and shipped unbroken in a bubble wrap bag with styrofoam packing peanuts added for more protection. Even with rough handing by the USPS postal service it should have arrived undamaged. We are very mindful to carefully package all our shipments so they arrive undamaged.
