I was impressed with how Shippingology packaged the item with the utmost care. The gamepad was exactly as described. Seller has great customer service and very responsive. Especially when this nervous mom of an autistic child had to deal with a delayed package. It was obviously not the sellers fault. All went well with listing, price, description, communication and delivery. Item arrived in good condition. Extra effort and care were given in packing to ensure my items arrived safely. However, I can not check if it works for another 3 weeks when cpap machine returns home. The equipment looks like it is brand new and I am pretty confident that it works properly.
