As described, it's a brand new Ryobi tool. The tool arrived undamaged in original packaging. It works like it should. The shipping cost was reasonable considering the distance. The item arrived within the estimated timeframe. It shipped by USPS who sent it to Cincinnati and then back to my area, so the item could have arrived sooner if not for that. Being said, this inefficiency is blamed on USPS, not on the seller.
