Overall my experience was good. I was disappointed that the shipping took so long, tracking was provided right away but it was several days after I purchased before the seller actually got it to USPS for mailing. The dress itself is perfect condition and was a great price! Would more than likely buy from this seller again.

The pieces arrived in a timely manner. Perfectly packed and it's exactly as described. I am super happy with the purchase. The only 3 star I gave was shipping costs because it is pricy. But I guess that's what it costs to insure such fragile items. That's not the seller's issue, it's just the cost of the carrier. I'd do business with JM Custom Collections again.
