Purchased Proof Sets with their buy it now price. I sent a couple of messages to check on my purchase. Took a couple of weeks for the items to be shipped after getting in touch with eBay. The wrong sets were shipped after the wait. I still wanted the sets I purchased after I sent the wrong ones back at least I received a refund. The listing states that customer service is a priority I do not believe so. Stay away unless you like run arounds.

Claimed shipping was "supposed to be free" and tried to get free shipping on items that clearly had shipping listed on them. Sent him items he ordered and then he didn't like them so he tried to say I sent the wrong items. Even so, I paid for return shipping (at my $15 loss) and sent him a full refund (including the shipping he paid). Not even sure what the complaint is. Other than "WAH."
