I didn’t realize that this was a 3D printed item. No wings on the sides like the original to keep the negative out of contact with the enlarger deck and a bit too much texture on the contact area of negative. Not sure if this will cause scratches in the negatives.

Thank you! I would encourage you to look through all pictures next time as these features are all clearly shown. In my class, I was taught to clip in a negative and not slide it around when clamped. This way you won't scratch your negatives! The plastic I chose is safe to film unless you manhandle the carrier and the enlarger, which you shouldn't.
