First it took 11 days to get item. Second it was not the item in the listing. Seller refunded in full even though I did not ask for it. My problem is that through their communication there was insinuation that I’m a bad human being or awful unhappy person!?.. lots of over explaining about life issues and why they were not at any way of fault for mistakes. Never apologized to me as apparently was my fault for their terrible listing! Don’t understand really….

I don't work for USPS, so therefore I do not control the shipping times. This buyer "insinuated" that I was a liar when I explained to them that I shipped their item priority. It was free shipping and the item was selected for ground, but I upgraded out of my own pocket. Yes, the item was wrong, and I fully refunded the buyer before they even received the item and I let them keep it. If that is bad customer service then I don't know what good is. I was never going to make this buyer happy.
