Do not order these boots. The seller refused to send me a full refund and insisted the “zipper” was a typo in the name and blamed a subordinate for the mistake. I have looked at their listing and still see “zipper” in the name today, which is almost insulting. I cannot bend my ankles and originally ordered these because they were described as having a zipper, but now I think they are being deceptive on purpose and only sending partial refunds as a scam. This experience was terrible.
