The T-shirt frame arrived cracked in two places due to a damaged box upon arrival. I decided to keep the frame since it still works, the glass itself was fine. Though there were no "Fragile" stickers at all on the package containing an item that had glass, why? That is grounds for a negative feedback but I'm feeling generous. Like I said, I decided to keep the item. Its frame is cracked but it works for my shirt.

In my experience fragile stickers to not protect a package more, you would have to pay a special handling fee for that. I advised you to request a return but you decided to keep it instead.
