    New old stock.

    STIHL OEM # 4229 120 0604 carburetor was only used for a short time. It is hard to find and none of the cheap Chinese carbs will fit no matter what they advertise. It was easy to replace since it is OEM part. 20 minutes out with the old in with the new and my 20 year old BG-85 is its old self again. $46.00 verses $280.00 for an equivalent new blower.

    Works on BG85 Blower

    Has “straight” fuel line connections. The $10 ones with bent connections will not work directly. Maybe you could extend the fuel lines and make it work, but it’s only a 10 minute job to replace the carb with this one. My blower would only run at full throttle, but now it’s back to normal.

    bolted on, 2 fuel lines pressed on and throttle cable slotted on, no adjustments, started on third pull and ran perfectly, no adjustments needed, PERFECT, got a Stihl $250 Blower back online. - TJXJ12

    In Stihl OEM box. Exact part for cable operated throttles.

    If you have a cable throttle, you need this part, not the $10 carbs which probably fit rod throttles.
