    Great for a Fibre Channel Initiator card.

    Great for a Fibre Channel Initiator. If you want a Target mode card, get a QLogic. The desktop management software on these is amazing and cross platform, but Emulex doesn't have good linux or freebsd target mode drivers for this generation of card.
