Post office lost the package. When contacted, they said it was missing and would track it. 3 days later, the postal service called at 7am and said they would put a trace on the order to see where it was withing their system...3 hours later it was delivered. Use UPS next time. Seller did everything right, the United States Postal Service was a dismal failure...the box was in rough shape when it arrived but the product still worked thanks to wrapping it correctly by the seller.

I sincerely apologize for the trouble with the USPS on this shipment. I have had good experience with them but sometimes they struggle with the larger or heavier items and UPS is a better choice on those. Thank you for your purchase.
