- w***w (6)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseI was given the wrong one the one I got was the mini which is yellow instead of the full sized glue stick one which is the one in the photo it also came with the wrong type of charging cord but it does work and is only a little used so I am happy just wish I would have been notified if they needed to switch it out

Reached out to them after delivery regarding a small issue I had with the unit and they promptly took care of it by providing me with three different options to either exchange the unit, return the unit for a full refund or keep the unit (which was perfectly functional) at a discounted price (partial refund). I appreciate the responsiveness and willingness to work with their buyers!

There were long pauses between communications, then in order for you to return the wrong items, I was "required" to take photos. It took forever before receiving a label to return the wrong items and a long delay in my refund being processed. Once I brought to their attention they shipped the wrong items, they should have sent me a return label.
