I have purchased three items from this seller, this was the 2nd, he is very pleasant and polite when contacted however the item delivered did not match the image/part number listed. seller promised to send the correct item but nothing ever arrived. dispatch is slow, He uses Royal Mail & Hermes/Evri both don't deliver his Parcels
I explained I really urgently required the items seller refunded without contacting me to say this was happening, Required the product not a refund photo of item sent
