This is a worthless junk product that should be pulled from the market. I tested it with a Kill-A-Watt meter to observe the power draw. Put a hot mug of coffee on it and it will drop to zero watts on the lower 2 heat settings. On high, it will pull some power, but quickly drop to 9 watts which will hold the mug at 112 degrees (F). NOT what the listing claims or what customers want. The proper electrical components are there- it is PROGRAMMED wrong! Why!?
