The display box is made of thin cardboard. My only suggestion is that they should have used bubble wrap to pack around the display box to prevent the glass bottles from breaking the display box. Thankfully, none of the glass bottles broke.

    A question asked in feedback is "did your item arrive on time" I have no idea since there was no tracking. It was stressful for me not knowing when my order would arrive. I messaged the seller twice only heard back on the first message. I don't think I'll shop this seller again. As for the item I purchased it's of good quality, good condition and appearance is good.     Good looking pens but not very functional for reasons stated above

    Don't know what could make it better. Writing was rather rough and scratchy. Uneven flow of ink gel. Lines taper towards the end while writing . Rather poor quality. Tried several pens thinking one or two may be defective. All pens were the same. Will need to return them. Compared these with my other BIC Gelocity pens which were exceedingly smooth and comfortable to use without changing the pressure on the page.
