Ordered two lots of 10, received 23 cuttings!!! The packing is over the top. Cuttings were in wet wood chips, wrapped in newspaper, then wrapped in a heavy plastic wrap. I've purchased a lot of cutting, and most are wrapped in a few paper towels and thrown into a box.

This is what happens when you sell city people things they have to grow, and can't just buy from the grocery store. Apparently doesn't know the difference between dead and dormant. These were fresh cuttings he ripped apart looking for signs of life.
