      I contacted seller after waiting over 3 weeks for the item, and received no reply. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge, and they contacted ebay. I received a message from ebay stating they will investigate the dispute, and I should have contacted ebay prior to contacting the credit card company. I'm not a frequent shopper and this is the first dispute I've had to file after years of successful transactions. Disappointed with transaction, not with ebay.
