This seems to be a deeply rooted pattern. It took a almost a month to receive my item after I paid. Seller was full of excuses and attitude. Charged $5 for shipping but mailed the item in a plain white standard envelope with a stamp. Protected the paper item with a single piece of paper. When asked about the shipping cost discrepancy seller did send a refund but for only part of the unused shipping cost. I should have paid attention to the extensive negative feedback.
