When I reached out, claimed that the courier had somehow erred and returned the item, but right up until then it was listed as not shipped yet, and even if that somehow were true, it would have been no excuse for not resending it. I generally don't leave negative feedback on providers anywhere, but this poor treatment deserves notice!
