The product is a great product IF you are not allergic to the Milk in the Acidodophulus. My doctor told me to start taking a Probiotic and after searching online I found Puritan's Pride brand. Since I'm familiar with their products I seriously thought this might be okay for me to try at least once as a test. The first time I took it, I started to swell and itch on my legs, arms and neck. I didn't think it had anything to do with the product so I took another dosage a few days later and had to jump into a very hot bath and just rub intensely on my legs which seemed to bother me the most. The pros to the product was that the very next morning my tummy was flatter and my body purged toxins in the toilet remarkably. I have no way to test or evaluate this item. It has not harmed me in any way. What effects it may have are not apparent to me. Such items may help with some problems. There are a lot of videos on the net all about what is supposed to happen. I don't really know. At this price, it is not a big gamble.

Perfect Probiotic !
This is the perfect probiotic amount for me. I feel the difference and feel it working, but also it isn't too strong either. It arrived fresh and I use it each day and keep in refrigerator as suggested. The active cultures of the Lactobacillus Acidophilus is the best all around probiotic to start with especially if you are new to using a probiotic.
