USPS is always messing up and blaming the customers the sellers and buyers here. Ridiculous. Seller came through when the government screwed up, again and again. Package got lost, he put in the request, 2 weeks thumbing around later it was found. Reach access flossers were NOS new old stock, flawless and fits all the new heads.
