The large antique sideboard was not properly palleted or secured during shipping and received significant damage including broken foot, damage and loose trim, and damaged door. It arrived hanging off the pallet. The straps were very small and one of the two broke. The seller was completely unhelpful and I am now stuck with a damaged sideboard that I have no way to have repaired. Very unhappy.
