Great addition to my 5.1 system.
Great addition to my 5.1 system. What a big difference it makes when you turn on sub woofer of this central speaker. Very happy with the clarity and quality sound this beast produce. Got good deal for $450 but wish it was a bit more cheaper but still worth the price.

Great...requires some break in time, if you have a sub, don't buy sub cables.
Was interesting to buy a Center with a built in sub, that the manual and manufacturer recommends using without engaging the sub. Interesting...Sounds great, but definitely wouldn't have purchased another sub cord. Vocals are super clear and complex, creates a nice soundstage with my DT SM 65s as Front Left and Right. I have it, and all the other speakers 5.1 set at small / 80hrtz, sub @ LFE 80 (per bajawaverunner recommendation) blends really well together, true theater atmosphere. Very nice center channel speaker
My first factory refurbished speaker product. It looks and sounds like new. I've been using it for 3 weeks now with no problems. It replaced an older type Def. Tech. center speaker. This is far superior. Louder and clearer. It is very large and heavy, so I had to create a much larger space for it. I never abuse my speakers so I expect this to last me for as long as I need it. WAY better speaker than the 8040HD
I bought the 8040HD over the 8060HD thinking the extra bass wouldnt make a difference but boy was I wrong.
