The marble top of the dining table arrived cracked in two pieces. It wasn’t taken out of the delivery van and was returned to Graham Green the same day. Considering this was a £1,400 table, the marble top was only packed in a cardboard box - no protection, hence the damage. When I rung customer service, they did not apologise, only said that once they receive the table back they can look into what to do. It took 10 days to get refunded after me chasing it!
