They sent it again by the USPS on 12/11/24. As of 12/14/24 there were no updates on the second shipment. I asked for a refund. The seller always sent a reply to messages, but they weren't listening to their customer.

The mouthpiece was packed safely and securely, which is how it arrived. While I'm not sure it's right for me, that's a personal thing. There is nothing about it that wasn't described.
