Product Information

A classic quest tale acted out by vegetables, this animated kids' story that spoofs the Lord of the Rings Trilogy offers loads of fun while fostering traditional Christian values. Protagonist Toto Baggypants, a junior asparagus, finds a magic bean and must travel far and wide to learn how to best use it. Along the way, he must keep the bean from falling into the hands of the evil Lord Scaryman, who wishes to use it in pursuit of his dark goals.

This was exactly as described, an Original Willow Tree Nativity set of animals. It arrived in great condition and well packed. The seller did come down in price a little. My wife was very happy with it. This seller is in Canada so the shipping did take longer, almost 3 weeks. But it did arrive on time as advertised. Also you have to pay for shipping. All in all very happy with this purchase.

    Another Great Movie by Veggie Tales

    Wonderful movie! Explains in an engaging way how to use the gifts/talents God gives you. Explains in simple to understand and easy to apply ways for ADULTS AND CHILDREN! I bought for my church's library as their librarian. Best use is for adults to discuss with children and NOT just use movie as another "Christian" form of entertainment. I loved the extras listed in the menu!

    Veggietales are great.

    My daughter love's Veggietales and eBay is really the only place I can buy it and get a good price. If you go to the actual Big Ideas store you have to pay twice as much. eBay lets me find new or used without the hastle of expensive shipping. It is nice to know there are options like this available. Veggietales is great for children. They teach anout the bible and life lessons, both which are very important to learn.

    Very Cute for kids and LOTR fans

    I bought this for my two kids for Christmas, but I also wanted to see it. I'm a big LOTR fan and have the extended DVD's. We also have most of the Veggie Tales DVDs, so this was a real natural. The creators did a good job of keeping this movie on a level the kids could follow and understand while incorporating a lot of humor and scenes that adults will appreciate. My two boys (6 and 9) enjoyed the movie enough to watch it many, many, many times. When they are a bit older, they may appreciate the actual movies and wonder why Peter Jackson ripped off the Veggie Tales idea!

    Our Kids Love this veggie tale. It has become one of their favourites

    We are Veggie tale lovers Kids couldn't wait to watch this one. kept them occupied at times of boredom during school holidays. Always good healthy family viewing. I never have to worry about in- appropriate content it is always well thought out lessons they teach. Adults who love Lord of the rings like us, we get a laugh out of these characters. really enjoyable and look forward to our next purchase. which is soon as the price of this movie was fantastic. we usually buy from stores but we will be buying our Veggie tales collection on line. thanks
