LEGO set arrived with heavy damage that was not noted in the description. Packaging was insufficient since there was no padding of any kind and only two layers of thin cardboard with several “fragile - glass” and “do not stack” stickers applied. Asked seller for a partial refund, to which they asked me to file a claim with UPS because the damage was “not their fault”. The seller did issue me a $10 refund which I am appreciative of but they tried to dodge accountability.
