This seller responded promptly, had me fill out paperwork, and shipped again quickly to correct it. That shipment had issues being delayed by usps. The coincidence got me to file a case with Ebay. This seller was still polite and provided extra attention to tracking. The USPS caused both issues, and this seller actually did amazing. I cancelled the case. Thank you
