When contacted, the seller told me he doesn't have any of the Sim card trays (which was the missing part) but he did offer a partial refund so I could order the Sim tray myself. Then we found that we couldn't activate the phone because it intermittently couldn't connect with the old AND new Sim cards. (Something I forgot to mention before...the phone's eSim never worked at all.) Verizon replaced the phone as defective. I wasn't charged by them.
