    Good Deal for the Money

    I've bought many FIRM workout videos and DVDs over the last 2 decades and always looking for a new title to add to my workout library (especially in DVD format these days), so when I saw this compilation DVD of 4 workouts, I thought I'd give the new instructors a try. One thing I've noticed about this DVD is that the descriptions on the back of the case do not match what you can view on the DVD. A few of the titles talk about the "extras" such as "25-minute express version" or "hit every muscle in 5 minutes". These extras were probably available on those titles when purchased as individual DVDs, but they're certainly not there on this compilation DVD. Time length indicated for each of the programs is also not accurate. On average, these workouts (as viewable in this DVD) are 35 to 40 ...

    Four great workouts on one dvd!

    I love that you can get a total body workout in less than an hour. I really enjoy the addition of light weights for added muscle toning/sculpting. Emily and Allison are my favorite trainers-excellent cueing for next move and pleasant to watch/workout with. Emily is the best trainer-love her! All the workouts are very fast-paced and enjoyable-easy to maintain one's interest and the time just flies by. These are the first FIRM DVD's that I have tried-definitely can see what all the hype is about. I hope to be in my pre-pregnancy jeans again, soon! :-)

    The firm has the best routines and the trainers physiques are what I aim to look like.

    Not for beginners.

    The instructors on the video are way too fast for beginners. As soon as you get to know one step, they are on to the next one. Then they tell you, let's do 8 reps, so you get going then all of a sudden they switch it up to 4. It's very confusing. I'm going to try to work with other videos and as I get to used to those, try to come back to this one to see if it's better. I do not recommend this for beginners at all.

    this is a good one

    I purchaced a firm for the first time two weeks ago. that on was not near as good as this one. Plus this have four workouts in one dvd. I really like this one.
