Keeps little hands out
This is a great way to keep little hands out of a hot oven. The tape to hold it on worked ok, but I did add a screw to ensure it was solidly attached. Also, I have white ovens and this blends in so flawlessly it is hardly noticed. Really nice. I had it shipped to Europe and even with the additional shipping cost, it is a great value that I could not find here at all.

Safety lock
I put this on my oven and it work ok. The instructions state to not use on surfaces of 500 degrees. The first time I baked a pizza at 400 degrees, the adhesive came off. I had to superglue the adhesive back to the lock. No problems so far.

doesn't fit!
This lock would work if I didn't have a vintage Wedgwood stove. So I'm stuck with a two pack, of locks that don't fit my stove. Can't honestly say if they do or don't work. It would have been nice to show more detailed pictures of how this product fits a stove when out of the package.

A Must Have Safety Product for the Curious, On-the-Go Toddler
This oven safety latch keeps the oven door closed when my 2 year old gets curious and tries to open it. The strong 3M adhesive keeps it attached to the oven and it hasn't fallen off yet. The latch is heat resistant and works wonders. I definitely recommend this product!

We used one of these for our first child with success. The oven lip was solid ceramic coated where the door gap meets the top section. This gave a good surface to secure the 2-sided tape. After a few months it fell off and we replaced with good HD tape by the most reputable brand out there. It worked until we were finished with it. However when repurchasing for our second child it lasted a few days. Further inspection showed that our newer oven doesn’t have that nice flat coated surface, rather a half metal half insulation / foam surface. There wasn’t enough surface area to make this work. SO. Be mindful of the type of oven your using and whether the surface will work.We used one of these for our first child with success.
