I mistakenly posted the damaged photos against order #27-10804-19564. Order #27-10804-19564 was received in great condition, no damage. I have not installed this item as of today, but plan too at first chance. I should not receive a refund for order #27-10804-19564 and hopefully it will fix my problem.
