Absolutely do not purchase from this seller nightmare from start to finish argued every step of the way when I was unsatisfied product did not have software installed as mentioned sent me a link with pirate software sent me some third party return method told me I’m hurting his business is holding my money. Customer is absolute Fraud. Claims he's returning the unit because it's missing a software which was all a lie. We told him to send back the unit, gave him a label and he apparently claims he dropped it off but tracking shows no movement and asking us for a refund. We told him no refund is issued until item is returned and he replies back that he's coming to beat the hell outta me.
