It arrived fully intact with all components neatly included in the packaging and it appeared that someone had taken the time to ensure everything included was clean. I bought a complete engine/transmission assembly. It was exactly as described. Care was taken when removing it from the vehicle and all the oil ports were plugged so it didn't leak. Nothing was broken and it was well packaged/secured to the pallet it shipped on. They included everything I needed and were extremely responsive every time I contacted them. I would definitely buy from them again!
