The customer service quality was amazing. The processing and shipping was immediate and provided tracking. They also took great care to pack it safely. The records were packed inside a smaller box, then that box was surrounded with multiple layers of padding. The records themselves were just as described; used but in great condition with zero damage and no significant scratches or dents. Would 100% recommend this seller to anyone!
