Not toxic or good quality
I am sorry that I have to be honest here. This mascara is a nothing mascara. It is hardly visible and does not wear well. There is a plus tho...I did not have any adverse reaction to it. It did not bother my allergies at all. It washes off easily with soap and water too. It should not cost so much though. I tried the blush and the powder too. I personally feel that after using decent stuff for so long its hard to switch. I went back to my estee lauder mascara and Anastasia eye shadow.I am sorry that I have to be honest here. I’ve bought this mascara before at a normal retail store and loved it. I received mine that I ordered off here yesterday and it’s super dried up & doesn’t even look like I applied any on. Can’t find an expiration date on the box but I’m pretty positive it’s expired.
