This clock was in amazing condition. It looks better than the pictures. Packaged well for shipping. They even sent me a private message to caution me about packaging materials on the inside of the clock. It keeps perfect time and the chimes sound beautiful. I couldn't be happier. I was very surprised by the great condition of these Carolers. They look like they are brand new. Definitely did not look like they were 22 years old (2002). Seller offered great communication, fast shipping, and outstanding packaging. I would definitely buy from again if the shipping costs were more reasonable when compared to other sellers of the same items.
