We had already purchased the cabinet with drawers for extra storage, then decided to purchase the upper cabinet. It's perfect for our needs! There was damage to the front frame in shipping, however the seller responded quickly and contacted the manufacturer to request just the damaged piece for us (which was all we wanted). It arrived in three boxes. They were in excellent condition. The driver that delivered my packages was totally awesome. Recliner fits together very easily. I’m 5’ 4” and I did not have any trouble picking up any of the pieces and maneuvering them through the RV door all by myself. Excellent customer service and the recliner is awesome.

Axles always arrive damaged. Dust caps come dented and stud threads come dented. Seller does not package the axles correctly. Reaching out to the seller they seem to not believe you. Buyer beware. I have purchased over 14 axles from this company and will not be using them in the future.

We have offered many times to send replacement pieces we just needed an accurate count and pictures on how many were needed. We did send replacements just yesterday 3/11/2024 for the ones that we had pictures and accurate information for.
