Item arrived quickly + shipping cost was fair. Unfortunately the little 12V power supply was bad (Gemmy appears to have changed their figures to little external converter packs these days unlike older figures). After I notified seller, seller refunded my purchase. Luck of the draw I guess on a new as advertised item.
Amicable seller in correspondence. Beautifully detailed Rudolph - perfect scale for my 8' Gemmy military Santa display (this reindeer is huge), so I will look for another to buy.
