The seller did not list this book according to the e-bay description standards (good should have no highlighting), but the seller did say there was light to moderate highlighting in the book. I'm not sure I would agree the highlighting even fits that description as there are some pages that have more than 50% of them highlighted. Overall, still a positive experience given the fast shipping and the price.

    sweater design in plain english

    I love to knit and design my own sweaters. This book makes it easier to do that. It addressed the way yarns and stitches best work and how to best fit a design into a piece of work. I love this book and find it to be one of the best I've purchased.

    Excellent book for beginner designers

    This book is ideal for someone not familiar to designing your own sweater. a lot of it is really too simple for the intermediate and experienced knitter, If you have never tried to design your own project, get this book. It will help you tremendously.
