Item was packed very well and arrived as expected media mail). Item packaging arrived damaged (unknown/unaware to seller). I took additional time and effort (communication and photos) to explain the listing discrepancy. I repaired most of the damage. Working with the seller, he provided a partial refund (agreed upon by both of us). This was a hassle for me, but the result was (just) "okay".
