Wrote Seller that I wanted to purchase a number of buckles and asked if he would combine shipping for lowest shipping price. He writes back saying no problem. So I buy 14 buckles that cost $ 10 to $18 to ship. Seller then charges me $64.00 shipping. Then a run around for 4 weeks and had to write Ebay about the 14 buckles still in my Ebay Bin. Heard every reason possible from this seller and then he stopped answering emails. What is this person doing on ebay with all these ongoing negatives?
