Item does not run bad battery? mud flap was broken off, fire extinguisher was missing only found a small nitrous bottle loose in the box. No charger winch was broken off might not be the one pictured. Have to purchase a new Traxxas battery and charger. You would think for over 800.00 dollars that the truck would at least run. Now I know what no refunds and no returns means.

Sorry, you had a bad day or experience you could blame the postal service for rough handling (mud flap) I have 100% positive feed back and my policy of as-is no returns is because of bad people and remorse buyers.
