Mixer wasn't packaged very well, and seller opted to ship this heavy unit via the worst shipping service possible: USPS ground. Arrived 11 days later and had obviously been abused by USPS. The unit arrived damaged, and seller did not respond when told about the damage to the unit. This would have been a great purchase if it hadn't been beaten up so badly during transport. Avoid this seller if possible.
