    Better than a college history course

    As always I am left amazed at the in-depth study this author has done to produce his epic novels. I do feel my knowledge of, and interest in, world history has grown greatly after reading his historical novels; and his character development, of course, is always satisfying. I did wish for a little abbreviation of detail in this book as it was an extremely long book and I could have done without some of the explicit sexual content. Otherwise, great book.

    Did not start reading this yet. Follett is so dependable I can predict that I will enjoy the series.

    Have nit yet started to lisen to this series. Ebay was the only source that could provide me with the first of the three books in unabridged format. I already had found the other two. This was also my first use of ebay.
