Item arrived missing pieces. Seller blamed customs but the packaging was not tampered with. The silver used in the bracelet is very thin and flimsy it broke and fell off my wrist in about 3 hours time. Seller had me send it back and said he would refund and pay the return shipping. He refunded the cost of the item, but I'm stuck with a $19 return shipping bill. Never again!
