I wasn’t convinced the item was authentic. When I asked the seller to validate this I received the response of ‘don’t contact me again’ which convinced me that the best course of action was an immediate return of this item for a refund. All in all a complete waste of time.

In the buyer's initial email, sent while the pen was still in transit, he expressed doubts about its authenticity in a manner that was quite threatening and would have been reported under different circumstances. This created initial tension in our communication. If buyer had asked pre-sale questions, it would have avoided the entire situation. I regret that the buyer was dissatisfied with our customer service, but the pen is indeed beautiful and deserved a better owner.
