I contact the seller and the seller apologize for the inconvenience and will return my 78.11 the price for the monitor and shipping cost. Seller and I have come to a positive solution and agreement, so I would like to change my negative rating to Positive since the seller didn t hesitate on contacting me back at a timely manner and agreed to refund.
